Sakura Restaurant

Last night I wanted to have sushi for dinner. So I checked 6alabat.com and ordered (Tempura Rolls) from Sakura restaurant.

As I was waiting for my order to arrive and drooling over it’s picture

INSTEAD

I got this!!!!

I was like: WTH!!! That’s not what I ordered!!! I ordered Tempura Rolls NOT Ebi Tempura!!

Before I knew it, the delivery man has left :(

I contacted 6alabat.com and asked them to send the delivery man back with my money!

I was frustrated. They ruined my mood. I didn’t feel hungry anymore!

I wanted the delivery man to come and take the order back and just give me my money!!

Sakura restaurant closes at 11:00 PM .. It was 12:00 AM

a few minutes later, the restaurant manager called to apologize

Sakura manager: Miss Nunu. We are very very sorry! I’m gonna send you the driver back with the right order.

Me: No! I don’t want anything!! I just want my money back!!

Sakura manager: No miss Nunu. This is our mistake! We will send you your order with your money! You don’t have to pay and you don’t have to return the wrong order.

Me: So you’re saying, I get to have both dishes for free?

Sakura manager: Yes miss Nunu. And if you need anything, you have my number. We are sorry for all the inconvenience caused.

Me: Ok thank you. I really appreciate it.

UPDATE: I received this email from 6alabat.com today:

Why Japan is Amazing

The Guardian’s Lucy Morgan recently discussed her obsession with the fantastical nation known as Japan. In the article, she rounds up her top three reasons Japan is her favourite country. See them below:

  • Kitten cafes. Yeah, you can play with adorable baby kitties while sipping your coffee and eating a yummy pastry. That’s maybe the most perfect way to start a day.
  • Ear-cleaning services. Sure, it sounds a bit odd. But for roughly twenty-five pounds and a half-hour of your time, you could have your aural needs taken care of. Plus, who’d turn down a relaxing earlobe massage?
  • Sushi. Japan is the king of sushi. End of story.
